Notes:

  • All room rates will effective starting from  01 March 2024 until further notice.
  • All room rates shown are inclusive of 8% SST.
  • Check-in time: 2.00pm Check-out time: 11.00am

Booking Condition

  • Booking will be made through eZee Booking Engine, email, or directly contacting our receptionist.
  • Payment terms – 2C2P, Cash, Credit Card

  • Refund Condition
    1. Any cancellation or change of date received NOT within 7 days PRIOR to arrival date shall be accorded a refund.
    2. Kindly furnish us your full name as per bank account, Name of Bank and Account No. If you have paid via iPay88, please show the payment slip

Tourism Tax (TTx)
Pursuant with the Tourism Act 2017, a charge of RM 10.00 per room per night Tourism Tax (TTx) will be levied on tourist(s) and non-resident guest(s). Malaysian citizens and permanent residents with MyPR cards are exempted from the paymen of TTx. TTx will be collected at check-in and is payable by cash. TTx is excluded from room rates.

Terms and Condition

  • Please be considerate that any late check-out may hinder our room cleaning process. Inadvertently, it will affect the check in time of our next arrival guest.
  • Any booking shall be consider SECURED upon full payment made.
  • Cooking activity is prohibited in the resort.
  • Pet(s) is/are not allowed in the resort.
  • There will be no refund once guest has already check-in. This also apply to the unused nights for multiple night booking.
  • A penalty of RM 300.00 shall be imposed for any loss or damaged to room key(s).
  • Deposit for Junior Suite, Superior and Deluxe is RM 100.00 per room and is refundable if upon check-out.
  • Deposit for Executive Suite is RM 200.00 per chalet and is refundable upon check-out.
  • Dream World Resort will not be responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings left in the resort.
  • Vehicle parked at guest’s own risk.

Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellation or amendment to a booking should be made at least 7 days PRIOR to arrival date. Otherwise, It will incur a one(1) night cancellation penalty.
  • As for a booking of multiple nights, the subsequent night/s will also incur the cancellation penalty if the cancellation or amendment is made less than 7 days PRIOR to arrival date.

No Show Policy

  • Failure to arrive at the resort will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
